Description: Created for Tourvest by Michelin Star chef Tom Kerridge and made by his team in their facility in Marlow. Tom is known for his three values –solid, generous, extraordinary – this combination delivers a pie full of hearty, British steak and ale.
Function: To provide a unique and delicious hot eat retail product for buy on board British Airways. Full of great flavours, which can be paired brilliantly with the bespoke Hand and Flowers beer. It complements the range well offering a second hot eat.
Passenger Experience: This product, whilst premium and created by a Michelin Starred chef, is made to be available to everyone at an affordable price. Passengers will enjoy the taste of crisp pastry crust and tender pieces of beef in a rich stock with hints of local ale, paired with exclusive beer.
Unique Features: Tourvest and Tom worked closely together to ensure that we were not just making an endorsed product. Bringing its inflight retail expertise together with Tom’s culinary magic, Tourvest has delivered a completely authentic product which is made in Marlow.
Additional Information: This product has been designed to consider the time to heat inflight. Packaging is very simple in a heatable paper bag with no additional wrappings and the ease of service for the crew. It is also delivered freshly frozen so therefore saves on waste.

Tourvest and Cru Kafe worked together to create the world's first fully-certified, fully organic, fully compostable coffee.

To ensure the Cabin Crew were as excited about this amazing coffee as the team who developed it, Cru Kafe attended numerous crew engagement days; everyone loved the team's interactive style of knowledge sharing.

This product has been designed by Tourvest to deliver a great organic, full flavoured, fresh cup of coffee. The coffee is 100% compostable, and comes in a plastic-free wrapper. This delicious Signature Blend was developed by Cru Kafe alongside a professional Q-Grader and the Tourvest team.

CRU Kafe is an ethical, organic coffee company based in London. This coffee has been created specifically to be enjoyed in the air. Cru Kafe overcomes the taste barriers at altitude by using organic & fair trade coffee beans, blended from countries across the coffee belt (Colombia, Sumatra, India), roasting darker so nothing comes between the passenger and a proper cup of coffee.

When the customer opens the coffee bag to add to their hot water, the aroma delivers the freshness you would find in the best coffee stores. This experience and flavour is hard to capture for in-flight but the collaborators are delighted with the outcome.
